Abstract submission is closed.

Oral Presentations

Oral presentations are scheduled to 15 + 5 min.

(Keynote speakers and plenary speakers please refer to the program.)

Speakers are requested to upload their presentation (as:  .ppt and  .pdf) at the registration desk during the Icebreaker on Sunday 31. July or at least one day before their talk.

Lecturers showing videos might use MPEG-4 (MP4) as encoding format. They are encouraged to ensure, that
their video files play well with either MS-Windows Media Player or VLC (www.videolan.org/vlc), which is available for free on all current operating systems.

For the presentation own laptops cannot be used.

Posters

The poster session takes place on Monday evening after the talks.
Posters should be in portrait format in A0 size (119 cm x 84 cm). We cannot display posters in landscape format.

Please bring you printed poster on Monday to the Congress Venue for the afternoon Postersession.

We are pleased to announce that posters can be published in an electronic supplement of the journal Spixiana at no extra costs for the authors.

A DOI will be available for the complete electronic supplement. If you would like to take this possibility, please provide a pdf
